oscar's birthday invitations

oscar's having a very hungry caterpillar birthday party this year. i did simple invitations using illustrations from the book. the hardest part was finding a hole punch that reached the middle of the fruit. i had lots of fun making these... oscar had lots of fun picking up all the little dots that got punched out and fell on the floor.

i loved the perty colors when all the envelopes were finished and stacked.

    heh. i like that you call this "simple". most people would consider making their own invitations and envelopes (not to mention all the hole-punching involved) a major project. they're brilliant! we got ours the other day.
